Sent a test page from Krusty which went 
through.She is also able to print now. 

Let her know to call me if the issues happen 
again.

Printer will not print. She has tried unplugging
it and plugging it back in. The computer
recognizes the printer is there, but when
selecting the printer to print, it won't print.
