I need some additional information regarding service

Description: *2/12* laptop won't log on 

It sounds like the machine has been sitting for too long. Can 
you bring it in when you have time and we will get it 
reimaged for you.

Hello,

I'm working from home today using remote access 
on my personal Mac laptop. I received a PC WOU 
laptop from my predecessor which has been 
sitting on my bookcase shelf for over a year. 
It's 20130563[Edit Inv].

I can't seem to login to it once I boot it up 
(it's not letting me pass the MASH domain) 
using my normal Windows login that I use in my 
office on campus.

Can you point me in the right direction?
