Finally duplicated the issue, I switched out the cable and it looks 
good, if it happens again it is probably the VDI client because the 
issue seemed to be with it rather than the monitor

Got here and I can’t seem to duplicate the issue, changed the 
DVI cable and still don’t see any problem

VDI station wasn't working, tech came and fixed 
it. But now it's not working again. Video cable 
might need to be replaced
