Hi Ikaika,

We came down and looked at your printer. 
Unfortunately, the printer is at its end of 
life cycle. The machine is about 13 years old 
which we support printers for up to 7 years 
here at Western.

If your department would like to replace this 
unit please submit a purchase or price request 
at wou.edu/purchaserequest.

If you do not want to replace it but would like 
unit taken away just let me know and we will 
come pick it up.

printer will not accept jobs from multiple
computers. Tried printing from different computers
and had no luck. Printer just gives a red light
