Thanks for your phone call...we'd like a second install of 
Dragon Naturally Speaking on the Dell PC numbered 
20130859[Edit Inv] located in Room 106B in Admin Bldg. The 
software will only be used by Leonard Crawford, who 
already has an install of the program on his machine in 
Room 104 of Admin Bldg.

(I forgot if there was other information you required of 
me in this email...let me know if anything is missing!)

Hi Kara,

I need some additional information regarding service request #66641

Description: wants software put on other machine

I have not had a reply to my previous email so I am sending again 
with some more information on the license of Dragon for Leonard:
For the latest editions of Dragon speech recognition, 
specifically Dragon Professional Individual, the license is 
per user (not per machine).  A licensed speaker is 
permitted to create and use multiple voice profiles, and 
these voice profiles can be stored on one or more 
computers.
A separate license, however, must be purchased for each 
additional speaker whose voice profile(s) are being used 
by the software.
We still need the computer WOU# and location to proceed with a 
second install for Leonard's use  We will need to make sure both 
stations get the license documented in Inventory and on our licensing 
records.

Can you give me the information on the second station you 
want this loaded on?  WOU#, building and room Location of 
station?  I need to determine if it is with-in the license 
agreement as a single user license.   You mentioned 
training, is it training on how to use the software or training 
that is to be performed only on the 2nd station?

Leonard Craford bought soft dragon naturally 
speaking premium. They want it installed on a 
second station for training purposes. Leonard 
would be the user.
