fixed jam. There was no paper jammed in it. I had
to mess with the tray for the error to go away.

Hello,

A printer in ITC 103 is reporting a paper jam, but
I don't see any jam. Could someone please come
take a look? The WOU number is 20110551[Edit Inv]. Thank you.
