Kyle & Rahevin,

Please research the cost associated with a
commercial use license - do they have a non-profit
or education license? That is usually discounted. 

Actually, perhaps instead I should ask UCS via a
purchase request if they know about any discounts
to White Page licenses and maybe they can order us
a couple. Scott - is that an option?

One of her coworkers was there and said they use the website on like 
a trial. They are able to use it until the website tries to make them buy 
a full version, they then delete cache, cookies and history and then 
they can use the website again. She is stuck at the point where it 
stops working and she has to delete the stuff but she still can't get in.

Is the user backing up browser links? Maybe get IP
addy and have the user try to get to whitepages
then have Paul or Ellis watch the firewall

It is a web-base program. I ran CC-Cleaner on her
computer and it works fine for now. I told her to
run it when ever she could not access the page.
According to her they use the site a lot, and at a
point the site would stop working for her. I think
clearing the cache and cookies would solve issues
like that.

This is data entry from the Cottage room 213, we
are having a problem with one of our
computers(20130911). The problem that we are
having involves using whitepage, it states that
our organization is prohibited from using
whitepages. Although the other computers in use
are able to get around this problem. If you could
send help or suggestions possible actions that
would be appreciated.
