W20130555 hardware tests came back fine. Something
is up with the OS. 
Let sit all night nothing loaded, tried to boot to
safe mode, reset NVRAM.. nothing, I think we
should reimage?

Mickey said John just upgraded her machine and on
Friday night it wouldn't boot. 

Mickey needs final cut pro on her loaner if we
can't get her laptop ..
