Good morning,

Cody Prescott (prescottc@mail.wou.edu ), 
formally of the Payroll department, is starting 
as a Scholarship Coordinator in the FA 
department this Thursday (03/01/18). His new 
office (cube) will need to be setup for phone 
and computer access. Does Cody need to be 
present for this or are you able to do a 
'transfer' since he is a currently employee 
coming from a different department. His new 
location will be one of the 307 cubes. There is 
no signage to identify whether it's cube 307A 
or 307B.
