Hi Amy,

I came down and put new feed rollers into your
colored printer. The rollers in there were very
worn out which is why I believe this was causing
the jamming issue. I also did a Firmware update on
the printer. I am hoping this will fix the issue
that caused the blank prints.

We fixed McDonald's print driver issue. I was
wondering when would be a good time to come down
and fix your driver issue?

Tried calling Amy but she did not pick up. Called 
Scott and sent Shina down to fix his driver. I 
will try to make it down to their printer issue 
today but if not tomorrow.

It is a Canon Image Runner Advance in DFSC 113. My
computer needs an updated driver and so does my
colleague's, Scott MacDonald who's office is in
DFSC 117 (my office is DFSC 118).

No error codes, just a paper jam notification.
Another question. Now that the printer is down, I
am trying to print to the photocopier/printer in
DFSC 113. It says that it needs an updated driver
for me to print, but it tries to install it and
just repeats and repeats and doesn't actually
install. Do you service the networking to that copier?

The Xerox ColorQube 8870 in DFSC 113 is printing
continuous blank pages and then getting stuck in a
paper jam. I have tried to correct it by
restarting the printer, but the problem follows
the restart. The printer number is: 20121145[Edit Inv]
