Hi this is Bradley from UCS. I've been running stress tests 
on your computer and I haven't had any issues with it so far. 
Is it okay if I reimage it? That way we can make sure it is not 
a software issue or a virus.

Her computer keeps turning off after about 3-5 
minutes of use. It says its going into power save 
mode and she loses all of her work.
