Hi Ryan,

I have received the replacement monitor for 
SR#66820. Tricia was not here yesterday to 
print me new WOU# tags. I am waiting for her to 
get in today to get those. Once that is done do 
you want to pick it up or have me drop it off.

We have a 23" Dell monitor (W20160289) that has 
failed. The screen has a large grey bar and a 
red line through it. I believe it is still 
under warranty. Can we please send this up for 
further testing or replacement?

This was connected to W20160291. We have 
replaced it with a spare until this issue can 
be resolved.
