We have swapped the hard drive, ram and tested it with a 
different GPU. It still has issues for her. It passes all the 
hardware diagnostics and stress tests I can throw at it. I've 
watched it randomly fully shut down on her with only Word 
open.

Computer shuts off randomly. Sometimes it is on
for five minutes or twenty five minutes. Gets
turned into power save mode and shuts off
