Troubleshoot with my profile and confirmed its
computer issue. I enable the echo playback and
that fixes it.

Stopped by her office, but couldn’t get holds of her. Also check 
if Linda is around, she wasn’t available either. Would call Linda 
later to know when she is going to be available.
