the time being - I’m looking at specs for a complete system 
replacement anyway.

Hi Scott and Ray,

I need some additional information regarding service 
request #66892

Description: Reimage


The machine I picked up today 20121182[Edit Inv] is dead. It 
continues to Blue Screen even after reimaging. It is a 
hardware issue but our tests are unable to determine what 
piece of hardware. This is not a GFA machine we can set up 
a loaner temporarily but your department will need to look 
into purchasing a new one. Please reply all. I have CC'd my 
supervisor.

Machine is blue screening on boot and needs reimaged. 
Passed all hardware tests
