  I want to see how the RecTrac client runs on the
back 3 'bench' workstations first.  The three
front desk machines should be swapped out one at a
time, not all in the same day.
We can do the Center desk (with cameras) first,
maybe Monday afternoon.

I'm sorry, I'd forgotten that Rip preferred 'not Friday'.  I 
talked with Shina about the Front Desk units as well.
The back bench three units you have can go into place early 
Monday.  I'll install the RecTrac client on each later in the 
day, just let me know when they're done.

I will plan on Friday after 11.  The 'back bench' workstation 
replacements can be done without me.  I need to install a 
client on each within a day, so anytime Friday is best for me.

Adeshina,

We would like to do this in two parts if possible.
3 Dell computers and monitors can be brought in to
be set-up for the back student worker desk area.
The other 3 Dell computers as Alan Philips has
indicated will take a little more time to
complete. Also, we are ordering in five additional
monitors to place in HWC 106, 107, 108 and 109
with the other three new monitors. The 3 back
student desk area can be done any time Monday,
Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday next week.

NEW EQUIP SETUP: Deliver 3 Dell Computers and Monitors to 
Health and Wellness 110. Deliver monitors W#20161028[Edit Inv] - 
W#20161030CPU and CPUs W#20160970[Edit Inv] - W#20160972[Edit Inv] to 
replace W#20100682[Edit Inv] W#20100685[Edit Inv] W#20100675[Edit Inv].

Special Notes:
Alan Phillips (UCS) will need to be involved with testing these 
stations and doing specialized setup before deployed. 
Schedule to be delivered with Alan one station at a time so he 
can arrange to test and eliminate the "downtime" to the HWC 
systems that these stations perform.

Note from Alan to Techs:
"I believe all 6 of these PCs (3 from this SR and 3 from the 
next one) belong to a particular Active Directory group, 
preventing timeouts during shift work. Replacements should 
be assigned matching values."
