I left the camera with Jeanie Stuntzner with a message for 
Laura Killip. They will have to have it repaired by a 3rd party. 
It was purchased 3rd party and did not come with warranty 
info.

We have searched through our records and the only 
paperwork we have for the purchase is the Amazon proof of 
purchase from the third party dealer.
