Had to swap IP's, Delete port off the server and 
re-add. Problem is fixed.

The printer is freezing after it prints the 
config page.

Called Xerox who had me do some things. It only 
does this when it is plugged into the network. 
They had me upload new driver and reboot 
server. This did not fix the issue. Next, I 
need to change IP address with Paul. If that 
does not work I am calling Xerox back.

The printer is freezing on "processing job" and
will not move on from that message. We have tried
restarting a few times but it always gets stuck on
that screen.

The printer over here in rescomp is not working
even after we have restarted it a few times.

Could you send someone down to take a look at it
when they have a chance?
