****This is an outgoing email****
Hi Janeanne,

I need some additional information regarding service
request #67186

Description: WOU #20110754[Edit Inv] and #20110770[Edit Inv]

I have been trying to fix W20110754 for a few days now and
nothing has worked. Someone tried to flash custom
firmware to it and messed it up in the process. I've done
everything possible for it. It is permanently bricked.

These two items are Asus tablets that Computer
Science students use for developing apps. The
student who recently had them checked out reported
similar problems. Below is the image of the screen
that presents on 20110754[Edit Inv] when I restarted it.
I'm not able to recreate the problem on 20110770[Edit Inv],
but the student reported getting "penguins and
coding." Could you please try to reset them both?

They are on my desk in HL 117C, one in a bag and
one in a box. I'll be leaving for a bit but if
I'm not here when you arrive, you have my
permission to take them.

If possible, I'd like to return them to the
students by early next week.

Thanks for your help!
Janeanne
