Recently when I went to use our office laptop for
a meeting, I opened banner through the portal and
the system requested Java to be updated.  When
Java got done going through the steps to update,
it said successfully update complete (or something
to that effect).  I would close out and try
opening banner again, through the portal, the
system was requesting to update Java again.  It
did this numerous times. 

Can a support technician come update the laptop?
