I went over there and spoke with them, they are getting blue 
screens, says it has happened 2 times in the past few weeks last 
one was today. I told them the best thing to do would be reimage 
it. They have lots of things saved on their desktop and the 
computer and asked for some time before we reimage it. I couldn't 
replicate the issue so they will call us if it happens again to set up 
a time to reimage.
