it cycled back on & seemed okay, but when I tried
to send a new document to print, the same error
message came up about a paper jam. I've removed
all of the trays, turned things on & off,
unplugged all cables, etc.

I've cleared the print queue, but its still happening.

Can you send someone over when they have time?

Hello,

We have a printer in Natural Sciences room 124
that keeps saying it has paper jams when it does
not. I've tried opening it up, removing the toner,
etc to try to clear the issue but it still thinks
it has stuck paper & won't print.

Its name is "NS-Darwin" on Krusty.
