this is basically digital notebook that connects to wifi to 
upload and download documents, ebooks etc.  It is fairly 
new to the market and ACCORDING to their own Support 
FAQ you can not factory reset or collect the MAC 
Address  with getting it of WIFi router when you connect 
it to a network.  anyways Please deliver to Tiffany.  It is 
on Inventory counter shelf with Invoice
