I called to get an update on this machine. Turning 
the config page off fixed the issue. I checked the 
firmware which is up to date.

I disable the configuration page on the printer. I
read something online talking about firmware
update maybe that could help.

The medical aid computer in the SHCC is sending
print jobs to the SHCC printer. It does not stop
and the printer is also printing xerox test pages.
