Hi Shina,

It looks like one of the staff needing R drive
access mapping in order to access Meeting Matrix
has been finished. The other person works on
Monday. I am going to have her try to open the
program. If not, then I'll call UCS. She is
scheduled to work 2pm to 5pm on Monday May 21st.

Sara and Morgan would use one of 2
computers---20160977[Edit Inv] and 20160978[Edit Inv]. Both of these
were recently upgraded by UCS in the Student
Engagement main office, which is on the 2nd floor
of the WUC behind the Information desk.

Greetings,

When Sara and Morgan worked their first shift last
week, they did not have the R drive listed on
their computer access (previous work orders--67401
and 67348). I will check again with them this week. 

If they don't have it, I'll call when they are
working to see if a tech can come out and map it
for them. Sara's first shift is today (Monday) at
10am. Morgan's first shift is Tuesday at 9am.
