The PC laptop W#20140373[Edit Inv] has some physical damage 
that is making it difficult to use.  It will be GFA replaced 
with new Laptop W#20161096[Edit Inv] which is on inventory 
counter in ITC008 with GFA setup form.  As part of this 
setup she has had upgrades to her Snagit and Camtasia 
licensing to be eligible with Windows 10.   The details will 
be in memos to follow.
