I need some additional information regarding
service request #67569

Description: Virus 

We are checking to know when you will be available
for us to bring in your laptop. It is been
re-imaged and it works great presently. We will
like to keep an eye on it while you use the laptop
to be sure it has nothing to do with user profile.

Run and scan on it and check the C: to make sure
its not dirty. After that i restarted the computer
and it works fine.

pretty sure she has a virus. we need to try and
get files off of her desktop. computer only turns
on when plugged in.
