Mark emailed back saying that he will look into
buying new cpu next fiscal year.

The CPU won't turn on and power light blinks. 
After hardware check, I found out the power supply 
is burned and can't find any parts to replace.

I need some additional information regarding

Description: *anytime* computer troubles 

After checking your CPU, we found out the power 
supply is broken and the machine is out of 
warranty. In the case your department have to buy 
a new computer for you, we can get you a loaner 
for now while you waiting the new computer.
