One solution would be to reimage it with SCCM. That would 
make sure 365 is dead. I will look into a less dramatic 
solution.

I have helped her a few times with this same issue and it's still 
coming up, she originally had two versions of office on her 
computer and I uninstalled both to be safe and reinstalled our 
good one but again not long after I leave it happens again and 
starts asking her to pay, please try to figure out what she does to 
make it happen.

She recently got a new computer, and is logging
into her office account. She was able to login,
but a pop up keeps asking for her credit card to
pay for office. She would like someone to come out
and take a look.
