Having trouble with computer/outlook. She tried to
sync files and it's not working. Tried to shut
down computer and reboot everything and now there
is a folder on her desktop called "Sync Issues"
and inside this folder there are three additional
folders named "Local Failures", "Server Failures",
and "Conflicts".
