Hi Trina,

I received your Service Request about not being 
able to print to a printer in Valsetz from 
Banner. I need to know if you were able to 
print from banner in the past to this printer. 
To be able to print from Banner we need to set 
the printer up to do so. If you have been able 
to print from Banner in the past and you know 
this has been set up to print from Banner, is 
there an error that occurs when you try to 
print?
