I retrieved the loaner laptop and returned her machine. The 
issue seems to be in the dock. The person at the front desk 
said the user is out for the summer so I did not leave a 
loaner dock. I will do testing on it.

The loaner has all of her software on it. RemoteScan needs 
licensing info I contacted Tricia Guy for it but have yet to 
hear back from her.
