Thanks for the update. I'm currently out of my
office, but Laura in the art office can open the
door for Erika.

Also, since the software update my computer is now
extremely slow. Anything we can do to help this? I
noticed that the entire Adobe suite was added, but
I only really need photoshop, illustrator and
indesign. Can we remove everything else?

Hi Gregory ,

I need some additional information regarding
service request #68037

Description: 9/13- Printing Issues

We decided since your machine is so out of date,
we will be replacing your machine.

Unfortunately, we think the reason you were having
the printing issues is because you were running a
really old version of Adobe Photoshop. In order
for us to install the latest version, your
department will need to purchase this. We can
however, install CS5 on your machine. And when I
come by tomorrow, your machine will have this on it.

Hello,

I am following up because the issue I was 
having printing from photoshop on my office Mac 
desktop was not fully resolved, and I'm 
wondering if you could readdress it. The tech 
at the time told me that I could solve the 
problem of photoshop crashing when I tried to 
print by asking it to "print one copy". The 
problem with this is it doesn't allow me to 
adjust the size, etc. of the print, which is 
creates a lot of problems. 

Could you look into a better solution to this 
please?
