I think the issue is with the adapter, When the 
power is added to the adapter rather than 
directly into the computer some 13inch Apple 
laptops have issues.  Once I plugged in directly 
in I have not seen the issue again.

Upon further review, laptop is having an issue 
connecting to the HD. Laptop is currently being 
troubleshooted.

This is Apple Laptop W#20170671[Edit Inv], with dock W#20171014[Edit Inv], and 24 inch P2415Q 4K monitor 
W#20171000[Edit Inv] is on the Inventory Counter in ITC008 with GFA setup form.  This is replacing a 
iMac Desktop W#20131027[Edit Inv].  She may ask you to keep the iMac desktop which is okay in this 
case but we will need to mark it as EXEMPT from future replacement or support by UCS.  Please 
let me know if she keeps the iMAc in her office.
