to come by we can come get your machine. Please 
make sure to have all local files backed up. 

We can then get your machine updated and the 
part swapped out. I would say this could take a 
day and a half. Would you need a loaner?

Thanks. Do you recommend making an appt? That 
could work for me.

I will be in ACK for 3 days next week while I’m 
proctoring tests but I could have a tech come 
to me.

I actually still have a need for the mouse to 
be fixed on my computer (since August). They 
ordered a part. I just need it assembled.

The right click pad on the track-pad is faulty due
to liquid pilled. Open it up and dried it and it
still did not work.
