I need some additional information regarding service 
request #68223

Description: Sophos Installation

We need to reimage your machine to get it back up and 
running. We can take this opportunity to upgrade your 
machine to Windows 10. Windows 7 support ends in 16 
months so it may be easier for you to upgrade now rather 
then imaging halfway through a year. Let me know what 
works for you.

Yes I think I'm still having the problem. I can bring the laptop in 
tomorrow if that works. I can just bring it to UCS and leave it 
with you if that works.

It looks like this is a grant laptop so I don't
think she needs to give it back. Please still get
Sophos installed on it.

SR 68125, she is getting a NEW GFA computer.  We 
should be able to transfer her to the new computer 
with Sophos and not have to install on her old 
system.

The computer was experiencing issues installing 
Sophos.  The computer currently is out of town and 
running Avast.  We will need to get Sophos back on 
it once she is back on campus.
