Drum Cartridge was bad. Swap it and it worked 
great.

Hello.

We have a printer in the library in one of our 
staff areas that isn't printing well. The 
cartridge was just replaced not too long ago, 
but it is printing a faded strip down the 
middle of the page. The barcode on it is 
#20121144[Edit Inv]. When I try to run some kind of a 
cleaning process, it is requiring a passcode to 
get into the "Tools" area. Is this something 
you can help us with? The printer is located in 
room 209.
