Hi Ava,

We were just following up with you regarding a service 
request that we have for you.  (#68393)

Description: **Today** Possible dead hard drive

We have tried all of our methods of getting files off of the 
hard drive and it is completely dead unfortunately we were 
not able to recover anything off of it.
