Printing issue **7/26 11-4**

I went a looked at the printer and cleaned it out.
I had Nancy test print and it was working like it
should. Please let me know if you are still having
an issue.

Mostly, all user can not printer double sided.

Went in to check with him. His printer preferences
were set correctly, but he still can not print
double sided. It might be as a result of the duplex.

Got a new laptop and is trying to print 2 sided,
and he has double checked the settings, and it is
set to print double sided but id is not working.
