She would like to have someone update her Firefox
to the latest version, to mitigate Sophos issues
(Sophos crashes her browser when she tries to
access certain pages).
She's a Banner user, so she'll need to be able to
use Banner on Internet Explorer, so maybe just
make sure that it works correctly on IE for her too.
