we would like to get it resolved as soon as possible to

Description: Sophos Update --- HSS Social Sci.

The Sophos settings on your computer are out of date and need to be updated. UCS is restricting network access for machines that do not 
have current antivirus updates installed. This could present a security threat to the school network if not resolved soon. Please let me know 
when you are available so we can come take a look at it.

I'm away on sabbatical until January. I have been trying to 
get ahold of Trisha in UCS about a new computer for a year 
now, and haven't heard back (I was eligible for a new 
computer last year, which was why we hadn't done the 
update - I thought I was getting a new computer)
