She recently had an update where Adobe DC was
installed but she usually uses Adobe Pro and
wasn't able to access it when Adobe DC was
installed so she uninstalled DC and still can't
get Pro. She also mentioned some of the documents
she tries to download from Portal are getting cut
off and seem to be too big of files so she would
like help with that as well.
