She is having trouble printing documents.
everytime she tries it says "problem w/ current
print set up. She has tried to restart it but same
problem occurs

Also mentioned a seperate issue on a different
computer in the office. Every time they try to
open the payroll program, it closes out
everything. Has happened three times and they have
also tried to restart. Computer is #20141212[Edit Inv]
