****This is an email****
Hi Shina,
I have deleted the file manually in both the file
folder and recycle bin. Sophos caused crashes and
I was not able to sign into Windows. Windows
crashed every time I rebooted and tried to sign
in. My husband writes anti-malware software and
found the source of the Windows crash. He has
provided the following info:

Faulting process: C:\Program Files
(x86)\Sophos\Clean\Clean.exe
Service: Sophos Clean
Crash Dump File:
c:\windows\minidump\080318-4773-01.dmp

He disabled the Sophos Clean service for now until
the crash can be diagnosed, which enabled Windows
to sign into my WOU account again. The crash dump
is still on my machine if needed. Or he can get
the summary BSOD information from it for you if
that helps.

Thanks.
