Shina installed 2016 version and she is able to
edit exisiting documents but is having trouble
creating new ones. icon on desktop isn't allowing
her to create a new document. Also mentioned
having trouble getting 365 on her computer, we
sent her a link but when she clicked it it said
"firewall detects malware" so she stopped and
wants someone to help her through steps.
