unnecessary programs installed on her machine

Her computer is being especially slow, she says it
takes about 30-45 seconds to open anything and
even slower to log in. She's tried rebooting and
isn't sure why it's running so slow. She isn't
experiencing any other problems besides message
that pops up saying Outlook is in safety mode and
asking her to select add ons.
