Hi Sharyne,

I came down and looked at SS-SocialScience.

It needs a new maintenance kit. The machine 
also shows when you installed the toner 
cartridge and it says it was installed on 
11/14/2016. This may be the reason the for the 
leaking ink.
The machine is an HP which we do not support. 
Its also past its life cycle so I suggest 
replacing it. You can also try to buy the parts 
I suggested to keep it running.

Hello,

The printer named SS-SocialScience (20080045) 
in HSS 231A is running loudly and leaving toner 
residue on paper.  

My summer hours are 8:30 - 5.  I am off this 
Friday (tomorrow) and next week for vacation.
