This will need add'tl RAM and 500GB SSD(M.2) installed,  and he will be getting 
NEW USB-C dock as well.  The laptop is higher specification then the Standard 
Latitude 5490 with i7 processor, and 2GB Video card.  We will want to make sure 
Nick is got a complete working system  and is okay with it before we take away 
the older laptop W#20130411[Edit Inv].
