Sophos Restart Service (or possible 
reinstall)

Our UCS Tech staff was not able to 
complete this task during the scheduled 
time. What is a good date and time for a 
UCS Tech to visit your office and 
complete this task? You can leave your 
laptop in your office if that works for 
you. Let us know.

The malware has been cleaned, but the "Sophos Clean" service 
needs to be restarted on this computer. Either that or Sophos needs 
to be reinstalled.

What you need to do: In the Sophos Central Admin 
console, go to the Alerts page and find the PUA 
alert. Click on the PUA name to see details and 
cleanup advice on the Sophos website. Then go to 
the affected computer and clean up the PUA 
manually.
