She said someone has come to look at her computer
twice before and it's still having the same
issues. Takes about 30-45 seconds to open browsers
or load anything. Someone told her the problem was
because she was double clicking on Outlook. She is
not able to send or receive mail on Outlook. She
is hoping someone can look at it again or possibly
work on it while she uses a loaner. 

She also mentioned that her Moodle defaults to her
old student account and she wants it deleted but
I'm not sure if that is a Dave thing or Moodle
